Brilliant hotel run by kind people to whom customer service is paramount.
They couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful. They provided food while we were waiting for our room to be ready, and did whatever they could to make our stay as pleasureable as possible.
I have nothing to say. They were great.

Exceptional hotel in a great location with fantastic staff.
Exceptional hotel in a great location with fantastic staff. The rooms are big and week decorated. Breakfast usually starts at 8am - this one day we had a 7.30 am appointment and had to leave by 6.45 am. The staff showed up at 6.30 am just to set up breakfast for us! Don't let the street view of the hotel fool you. It is amazing on the inside. Bus stop and train station are right outside the hotel. Many bus routes run through here and connect you to every tourist site. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Trevi fountain on one side and the Spanish steps on the other. It has an elevator (not many hotels in Rome do).
They did not have an iron box or laundry facilities. There is a laundry service across the road that will wash and dry your clothes but not iron them.

Loved the Maison Tritone!
We could not have asked for a better overnight accommodation than Maison Tritone. It was perfectly suited for our Rome visit and such a nice change from the typical hotel chain booking. The location was within easy walking distance of many of the sites we wanted to visit. The bedroom slippers, toothbrushes, and snacks were all extras that were much appreciated. Our visit was made perfect by Alfredo who, prior to our visit, had always promptly responded to my email requests and questions. He also scheduled airport and cruise port transportation and provided countless directions and excellent recommendations for shopping, food, etc. He and his staff were very welcoming and our stay could not have been any better!

This place is fantastic. Everyone in my family of five loved it. The staff is super friendly and helpful! Couldn't have asked for better service. The free breakfast is exceptional. A huge selection of yummy choices in the buffet. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
